Diane is Personal Assistant to Advocate Stephen Baker.

Having started her career in a secretarial capacity Diane qualified as a teacher in further education and spent several years teaching in the Business Studies Department at Highlands College and Grainville School.

After leaving teaching she joined Deutsche Bank as PA to the Company Secretary/Compliance Director. She moved to the HR Department and became CIPD qualified. She spent 10 years in the department as an HR Manager responsible for dealing with recruitment, payroll, administration of benefits and reporting for the Offshore Group.
